*There is no leasing office on site. Therefore, all showings are by appointment only. Before deciding if you’d like to lease from us, you’re welcome to take an application home to review. However, available units are not considered reserved until we have received a signed and fully completed application and the application deposit and fees are paid. You may also submit an application deposit on a particular available unit and take an application home for review. During this time, we will reserve that unit for you up to 24 hours. However, a completed application must be returned and the fees paid within 24 hours after submitting the application deposit. If the application is not returned within 24 hours, that unit will not be considered reserved and your money will be returned.
